Santa’s Forest Grotto & Photoshoot
‘Santa in the Woods’ Grotto. This is a unique grotto experience as set in the Forest at Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

🧸 Play date while you wait (1hr time slots)

- Luxury gift £8
🌲 Option to upgrade to all edited photos after the shoot for just £10 for all (8-15 extras photos)
- additional siblings in the photoshoot are £5 total (however many) and you will receive a photo of them all individually with Santa as well as together.
- additional Adults are free (feel free to include family members)
- Behaved on lead dogs are welcome
- add their gifts and ages if you want them to have one from Santa too
🌦️ We have a dome set up for play dates whilst waiting to protect babies from the elements and our grotto is under a tarpaulin cover in the woods so a lovely excuse to dress up warm and wintery!

FOR ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS please add their gifts to your basket too if you want them to have one firm Santa too (optional)
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please arrive 20mins before your time slot to find parking and get organised to the waiting area play tent.
The tents have limited capacity so even though you need to be there early and parked you may only go in the tents when it’s your time slot please and for your hour. We have elves helping with this.
The play tent is an under cover area for you and baby to play on a play mat. There is a bigger tent for additional adults and children over the age of toddling to shelter. You will be called from here for your Santa meet & shoot which is a very short walk to Santa (this bit isn’t pram friendly)
Your encounter with Santa is about 5-8mins, you will get a gift and photos taken both candid and posed. The photos can be of just the babies/children and one with everyone including adults, your choice but please have ready in your head what you would like. Then you can go back to the tents to finish playing for your time slot.
IMPORTANT
Mark yourself as ‘going’ on the correct event date. This is how you will receive updates if needed and how I contact you for your images
DOGS
Please make sure they are on leads at all time near the grotto and in the play areas if children or parents are nervous even if friendly and calm. They are not allowed in the tents.
REFUNDS
This is a non-refundable event as space is very limited and gifts will be bought in advance, however, you may sell your tickets on our sales chat if you can’t make it and I may have a waiting list for people who drop out if you contact me.
